Capstone Fund Six
Capstone Fund Six (CFVI) was formed for the purpose of purchasing short to medium-term, first deed of trust mortgages at low to mid leverage on assets including residential and commercial real estate (the “Loans”) from CTP Funding, LLC d/b/a Capstone Financial, as well as sub-prime auto loans originated by Co-Owned lender Auto Credit Solutions. Up to 50% of the portfolio may be automotive loans. The short inventory of quality used autos along with short-term amortized loans and an easy repossession process, provide a unique opportunity for Capstone Fund Six to attain yields with even better collateral protection than purely real estate. CFV may also purchase performing mortgages to the extent permitted by law. The investment objective is to seek and deliver steady and above-average cash flow return to investors while providing senior-level collateral.
Capstone Fund Six remittances are 7% preferred return to our investors, with a 50/50 split of remaining cashflow between investors and the fund manager. There is a $2000/mn monthly portfolio servicing charge that may be charged by manager. It is capped at $10,000,000 of investment and is a Form D fund.
